Penthouse Nest for 3 persons, Athens

Penthouse Nest for 3 persons is a recently renovated, 10th-floor penthouse in Athens, Greece, set at 17 Amaliados, where city life feels close but the apartment itself is designed for calm. It suits solo explorers and small groups who want room to spread out, with a layout that works well for up to three guests. Guests consistently mention the quiet inside despite being in an urban neighborhood, and the soundproofing is often singled out as a practical touch for sleeping well.

Comfort is handled with air conditioning, and the home’s thoughtful details make day-to-day stays easier, including an ironing service for longer trips. The private check-in and check-out process is also noted by reviewers as a smoother arrival, while the lift and express service help reduce friction when you’re coming and going. Because it’s a penthouse, the outdoor furniture is a welcome extra when you want a slower moment at the end of the day.

Location matters here: Athens Music Hall is about 1 km away for concerts and performances, and Lycabettus Hill is roughly 1.5 km for a rewarding viewpoint walk. If you’re planning classic sightseeing, the Acropolis Museum is around 2.5 km, putting major cultural stops within a manageable ride or a determined stroll. Reviewers with families and visitors who prefer a quieter base around central Athens tend to describe the apartment as a comfortable, self-contained option with enough independence to fit different travel rhythms.
