The residence is located at Geor. Olimpiou 14, in the Fix area, where the Fix Metro station is about 180 metres away, making it simple to move around the city without relying on long taxi rides. The accommodation is built around rest: non-smoking rooms, soundproof rooms, and express private check-in/check-out help reduce friction when you arrive and when you’re ready to head out. Air conditioning is a practical inclusion for warmer days.
The standout feature is the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which gives you a dedicated place to unwind after sightseeing, especially if you’re planning early visits to the Acropolis and museums. Nearby, the Acropolis Museum is roughly 1.0 km away and Filopappos Hill sits around 1.3 km from the residence, both within reach for an easy walk or a short ride. For classic landmarks, the Acropolis and Parthenon are about 1.6–1.7 km away, while the Temple of Olympian Zeus is around 2.0 km.

What to Expect
Upon arrival, the atmosphere feels tense as the low rating casts a shadow over expectations. The area is bustling with the energy of Athens, and a short walk to nearby attractions is inviting, despite the hotel's reputation. Mornings could be spent enjoying the hot tub, but doubts linger about the overall cleanliness and service quality. The soundproof rooms might offer a brief respite from the city noise, yet the unease about the stay remains.
