Spacious 2bdr apartment @ Pagrati, Athens

Spacious 2bdr apartment @ Pagrati is a two-bedroom base in Athens, Greece, set on Ευφράνορος in the Pagrati area. This is a practical choice for families or small groups who want room to spread out and the flexibility of cooking at home, rather than relying on restaurants for every meal. The apartment includes air conditioning, which matters in Athens’ warmer months, plus a lift for easier access. Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

The apartment’s layout suits longer stays: you can set up a routine with laundry support from the washing machine and keep drinks and snacks on hand with the kitchen setup. Guests should also note the building’s non-smoking policy and the property’s focus on hygiene, including professional cleaning between stays and sealed guest rooms after cleaning. While this apartment is described as spacious, the overall guest rating is 6.6/10 based on just two reviews, so expectations should be calibrated and you may want to consider it more as a functional neighborhood stay than a consistently top-rated property.

In terms of sightseeing, you’re within an easy reach of Panathenaic Stadium (about 2 km), the National Garden (about 2 km), and the Zappeion (about 2 km), with the Acropolis and Temple of Olympian Zeus typically around 3 km away depending on your route. If your priority is a comfortable, self-contained apartment in a lived-in Athens neighborhood, this one-bedroom-and-kitchen style setup in Pagrati can work well—just keep in mind the limited review history.
