Dream House, Áyioi

Dream House is a family-friendly villa in Áyioi on the Aegina Islands, Greece, set at Agioi 180 10 for travelers who want a quieter base while still being close to the island’s highlights. Guests typically like the outdoor living: the terrace and outdoor furniture make it easy to linger after beach time, and the BBQ facilities are a simple way to turn evenings into something more communal. Inside, air conditioning helps keep the villa comfortable during warmer hours, which many visitors mention as a practical advantage after time in the sun.

The location suits people who prefer nature over nightlife. Loutra Souvalas Beach is about 1.5 km away, so a quick trip for swimming and a relaxed shoreline day is straightforward. For culture and views, the Temple of Aphaia is roughly 3 km from the property, and the surrounding area is often cited as a rewarding walk for those who enjoy scenery. Kolona Beach is around 5 km out, giving you another option for a different stretch of coastline.

Reviewers commonly highlight the calm, non-smoking environment and the convenience of having board games and puzzles available for downtime, especially when traveling with children. Practical touches such as hand sanitizer in guest room and key areas, plus staff adherence to local safety protocols, also come up in guest feedback. Offsite parking with discounted rates available is helpful for drivers, particularly for families managing beach gear.

Dream House is best for families and couples who want a comfortable, self-directed stay with easy access to beaches and the Aphaia area.
