4-you Residence, Ayios Nikolaos Sithonia

4-you Residence is a practical, beach-minded stay in Ayios Nikolaos Sithonia, Greece, suited to travelers who want space and flexibility rather than a rigid hotel schedule. Set on Akti Salonikiou, the apartments make it easy to pivot between sea time and road-trip days, with air conditioning for warmer afternoons and non-smoking rooms for quieter evenings. Guests consistently highlight the family-friendly atmosphere, and many mention that the layout works well when children need room to settle after a day out.

The property’s terrace and BBQ facilities encourage slower meals at the end of the day, which is especially welcome for families who prefer to eat together. Reviewers also point to the convenience of express check-in/check-out and luggage storage, noting that it helps when arrival and departure times don’t line up with a full day of sightseeing. Free parking is another recurring positive, and the discounted offsite parking rates can be useful if you’re touring multiple villages.

In terms of what’s nearby, Ayios Nikolaos is your immediate base for coastal walks and swimming, while Neos Marmaras is about 12 km away for busier waterfront life and more dining options. Metagitsi (around 10 km) and Pirgadikia (around 14 km) are good targets for exploring the peninsula’s quieter stretches. For a bigger day trip, Mount Athos access areas are roughly 20 km from the residence, giving you a clear route for planning ahead.

Overall, 4-you Residence is best for families and road-trip travelers who want a comfortable self-catering base with practical services and easy access to the Sithonia coastline.
