Casa Di Xenia, Chania Town

Casa Di Xenia is a family-friendly stay in Chania Town, Greece, set at 55 Mariakaki where you can base yourself for both beach time and old-town wandering. With a guest rating of 9.7/10 from 13 reviews, it’s the kind of property travelers describe as consistently comfortable, with staff who follow local safety protocols and keep check-in straightforward during the afternoon window. The non-smoking rooms and air conditioning matter in Chania’s warmer months, while the terrace gives you a calmer place to linger after a day out. For downtime, the hot tub/Jacuzzi is a standout feature guests mention when they want to unwind without leaving the property.

Location-wise, you’re within easy reach of the Venetian Harbour (about 1 km) and Nea Chora Beach (about 1.5 km), so morning strolls and sunset walks are practical rather than rushed. If you like culture on foot, the Old Town area and nearby maritime sights help you build a simple itinerary around a harbour loop.

Families are specifically catered for with children allowed and family rooms, and road-trip friendly travelers will appreciate the free parking on-site, plus the option for discounted offsite parking. Reviews also point to the convenience of express check-in/check-out, which helps when you’re moving between beaches, museums, and evening dining. If you’re planning a Chania break where you want a relaxed home base with a terrace and a hot tub, Casa Di Xenia fits the bill.
