Koumpis Residences, Chios

Koumpis Residences is a Chios, Greece stay set in the Μέγας Λιμνιωνας area, where the pace slows and the shoreline is a short walk away. This is best for couples and families who want space to spread out, with terraces that suit morning coffee and late-day downtime. Guests consistently highlight the quiet feel of the property, and the soundproof rooms help when you’re coming back after exploring the island. Many reviewers also mention that the outdoor hot tub/Jacuzzi is a standout after a swim or a day in the sun, while air conditioning keeps evenings comfortable.

The residences are designed for longer, self-directed stays, with practical in-unit living that supports relaxed meal times. A terrace with outdoor furniture adds a simple rhythm to the day, whether you’re reading, planning excursions, or just watching the light change over the coast.

For sightseeing, Chios Castle is about 14 km away and the Chios Mastic Museum is roughly 14 km from the property, giving you a clear route into the island’s history. If you want a change of scenery beyond the beach, the monastery area of Nea Moni of Chios is around 32 km. Reviewers’ overall impression is that Koumpis Residences delivers a calm base with thoughtful comforts, especially for travelers who value peace, privacy, and easy coastal access.
