Blissful Residence with Pool by 8essentially, Daratso

Blissful Residence with Pool by 8essentially is a family-friendly holiday home in Daratso, Chania, Greece, set on Saravelaki 7. This is the kind of place that suits travelers who want a quieter base near the sea while still being able to reach Chania’s main sights by car or bus. The immediate area is geared toward beach days, with Glaros and Iguana beaches about 1 km away, so mornings can start with a short walk and an easy return when the sun gets strong. For a change of pace, the Old Venetian Harbor is roughly 7 km from the property, where you can browse waterfront streets and stop for dinner in the evening.

Guests have rated the residence 8/10 based on one review, and that single datapoint points to a stay that matched expectations for comfort and day-to-day practicality. The home is non-smoking throughout and includes air conditioning for warmer days, which matters in Crete when temperatures rise. A terrace gives you outdoor space for downtime, while the pool is the obvious focal point for relaxed afternoons. If you’re traveling with family, the presence of family rooms and BBQ facilities makes it easier to plan low-key meals at home rather than always eating out. For getting around, there’s also a shuttle service available for an additional charge, which can help if you’d rather not manage transport every day.

Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to midnight and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your arrival timing accordingly.
