Trokadero Hotel, Delphi

Trokadero Hotel is a 3-star base in Delphi, Greece, set on Athanasiou Diakou 2, a practical address for travelers who want to spend more time outdoors and less time commuting. The hotel’s free breakfast helps you start early, which matters in Delphi when you’re aiming to beat the crowds at the Temple of Apollo and the Delphi Archaeological Museum, both about 1 km away. A terrace and garden give you a quiet place to reset after hikes toward Mount Parnassus, where mountain viewpoints and walking routes are within roughly 10 km.

Guests rate the stay highly at 8.4/10 based on 50 reviews, and the most consistent themes are the calm atmosphere and the straightforward comfort. Several reviewers mention that the hotel feels welcoming rather than formal, and that the 24-hour front desk is useful for late arrivals within the check-in window. Others highlight the convenience of free WiFi for planning routes, and the value of express check-in/check-out when your itinerary is tight.

Because the property is small and focused on essentials, it suits couples looking for a romantic, low-key rhythm, as well as solo explorers who want an easy launch point for Delphi’s ruins and surrounding countryside. Families can also make it work, especially if you’re comfortable keeping activities close to town and using the garden or terrace for downtime. If you prefer a quiet stay with a simple routine—breakfast, sightseeing, and fresh air—Trokadero Hotel fits the bill.
