PYRGOS House, Develíkia

PYRGOS House is a spacious, smoke-free apartment in Develíkia, Greece, set in the Gomati Chalkidiki area and a short stroll from Pirgos Beach. The address in Gomati Chalkidiki makes it a practical base for beach days and day trips along the Kassandra Peninsula, while still feeling settled and residential rather than resort-only. Guests consistently describe the stay as comfortable and well-suited to longer visits, with the apartment layout working especially well for groups who want separate sleeping space and a place to regroup after time outdoors. The living area with a flat-screen TV helps when the weather turns, and the kitchen setup supports simple breakfasts and flexible meal plans. Air conditioning is a key comfort point for warm Chalkidiki afternoons, and free wired internet makes it easier to plan routes or check in with work without hunting for a café. Parking is handled with offsite parking at discounted rates and covered self parking for those arriving by car, which is helpful in this part of the peninsula where having your own transport can expand your options. Reviewers rated the property 10/10 across a small set of stays, and the repeated theme is that it feels like a calm, dependable home base rather than a one-night stop. For couples, families, and solo travelers who want quiet downtime near the coast, PYRGOS House offers a straightforward, comfortable base from which to explore Pirgos Beach and the wider Chalkidiki region, including Kassandra Peninsula about 15 km away and Mount Athos viewpoints in the broader area around 45 km from Develíkia.
