Santorini Vineyard Villa with Heated Pool is a private villa stay in Éxo Goniá, Greece, set on ΕΠΙΣΚΟΠΗ ΓΩΝΙΑ ΣΑΝΤΟΡΙΝΗ, where vineyard countryside and quieter island rhythms make it feel removed from the busiest viewpoints. With a guest rating of 9.3/10 from 20 reviews, the standout theme is how comfortable and restful the experience feels for day-to-day living, not just for photos. Check in runs from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check out is at 11:00 AM, which helps travelers plan around flights and ferry schedules.
The heated pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi are the villa’s main pull, especially for guests who want to unwind after visiting Ancient Thera (about 3 km away) or spending time at Kamari Beach (around 5 km). A terrace gives you an outdoor place to slow down between excursions, while air conditioning is a practical comfort when the island heat is at its strongest. Reviews also point to smoother logistics, with express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and a safety deposit box for peace of mind.
This is best for couples who want privacy and a calm base, and for small families who prefer having space rather than sharing common areas. If you’re planning to explore beyond Éxo Goniá, the villa’s car hire option can make it easier to reach Fira (about 10 km) and other highlights without rushing.
