Xenia, Relaxing Private Pool Villa & Hydromassage by MindYourVilla is a private-villa stay in Gaïtánion, Greece, designed for travelers who want quiet time at their own pace. The address is on Epar.Od. Sarakinas - Agiou Kirika, an area that suits day trips while still giving you space to unwind when you return. Guests typically mention the calm of the setting and the appeal of having a private pool and a hydromassage setup for recovery after walking and driving around the island. The villa also includes air conditioning for warmer days and a BBQ area for simple, self-catered evenings.

If you’re planning sightseeing, you can reach key landmarks without turning every outing into a long commute. Agios Dionysios Church is about 2 km away, and the Port of Zakynthos is also around 2 km from the villa, making it easier to combine cultural stops with waterfront time. For beach days, Laganas Beach is roughly 7 km, where you’ll find a more energetic coastal scene compared with the quieter villa surroundings.

Reviewers often describe the stay as practical and comfortable rather than complicated: free wired internet helps with planning, non-smoking areas keep the environment fresh, and luggage storage makes arrivals and departures smoother. Parking is available with self parking for a surcharge and covered parking, plus offsite parking with discounted rates. Best for couples seeking privacy, or small groups who prefer a home-base feel over hotel corridors, Xenia is a strong match when relaxation matters as much as location.
