MANI Kamares Beach House, Gythio Overview
MANI Kamares Beach House is located in Gythio, Greece. Rated 9.7 out of 10 based on 12 guest reviews.
MANI Kamares Beach House is a beach-front stay in Gythio, Greece, set at KAMARES BEACH, NEOHORION, GYTHEION, where the shoreline is part of daily life rather than a distant view. This is the kind of place that suits travellers who want sea air, quiet mornings, and the flexibility of a terrace for lingering outdoors. Reviews are strikingly positive, with guests awarding the property 9.7/10 across 12 reviews, and many mention the calm, home-like feel and the ease of settling in after a day on the coast.
The location works for both couples and families: beach time is immediate, while Gythio’s harbour and town sights are reachable when you want a change of pace. If you’re planning day trips, Diros Caves are about 25 km away, offering a dramatic contrast to the beach setting, and the Gytheio Theatre is roughly 12 km from the property for a cultural outing. Areopoli, about 24 km away, is another common excursion for those who want to explore more of the Mani region.
On-site comforts include air conditioning for warmer days and a non-smoking environment, plus a terrace that gives you an easy place to regroup between outings. Practical touches like offsite parking with discounted rates and shared lounge/TV area help with downtime, while car hire and shuttle service (additional charge) make it simpler to get around without relying entirely on your own transport. Pets are allowed, which is a real plus for guests travelling with family members who aren’t two-legged.
