A Simple Solution, Ioannina

A Simple Solution is a small, no-frills stay in Ioannina, Greece, set on Ολυμπιάδος street at number 12. It suits solo explorers and couples who want to base themselves in a walkable part of town and keep their plans flexible. The overall guest impression is mixed: with a 6.6/10 score from five reviews, some visitors mention the practical comfort and helpful staff, while others suggest expectations should stay realistic for a compact property. Air conditioning is available for warmer or cooler days, and the terrace gives you a quiet spot to reset between outings. An on-site coffee shop makes it easy to grab a drink without going far, which matters when you’re fitting sightseeing around weather or timing.

Location is the main draw. Lake Pamvotis is about 1 km away, and the Castle of Ioannina is roughly 1 km in the other direction, so you can plan short, manageable walks rather than relying on transport. Zosimea Library sits around 0.5 km from the hotel, making it simple to add a cultural stop to an afternoon loop. For travellers concerned about hygiene, the property states that rooms are disinfected between stays and that cleaning standards are effective against Coronavirus, alongside staff following local safety protocols and physical distancing rules.

If you’re looking for a straightforward base with a terrace and coffee on site, A Simple Solution can work well—just be sure you’re comfortable with the modest scale reflected in the review score.
