Οικία με αυλή και πάρκινγκ, μέσα στο κάστρο της πόλης, Ioannina

Οικία με αυλή και πάρκινγκ is a self-catering holiday home in Ioannina, Greece, set at 4 Τσεχούλη Ισόγειο inside the city’s castle area. The location suits travelers who want to step straight into the historic lanes, with key sights such as the Castle of Ioannina about 0.6 km away and the Silversmithing Museum roughly 0.9 km from the property. If you prefer a change of pace, Lake Pamvotis is about 1.6 km on foot, making it easy to plan a daytime walk and an evening stroll.

Inside, the setup is designed for comfortable stays and practical living, with non-smoking accommodation throughout and a home-like layout that works well when you’re traveling with others. Guests consistently mention the calm, courtyard-style outdoor space as a welcome spot to unwind after time on the streets, and the terrace and outdoor furniture make it easier to enjoy Ioannina’s air without leaving the property. Air conditioning helps take the edge off warmer days.

The on-site approach also matters for logistics: the property allows pets, and it provides express check-in/check-out to reduce waiting on arrival. For those driving in, offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which is useful in a compact historic area where parking can be tricky.

With a 9.6/10 guest rating from seven reviews, this home is especially well regarded for its overall comfort and the ease of moving around the center. It’s best for couples, families, and small groups who want independence, a quiet outdoor corner, and a base from which to explore Ioannina’s museums and castle atmosphere on foot.
