Hotel Magnolia, Istiaia-Aidipsos

Hotel Magnolia is a simple, budget-focused 2-star base in Istiaia-Aidipsos, Greece, suited to travelers who want to spend their time outdoors and keep lodging practical. Located on Thermopotamou 19, it places you within walking reach of the Thermal Springs of Edipsos and Thermae Sylla Spa, both about 1 km away, so you can plan early or late visits without long transfers. The area also works well for day trips, with the Dafnokouki Waterfalls around 3 km from the hotel for a change of scenery.

The property’s setup is geared toward self-sufficiency, with guestrooms that include kitchenettes, which helps if you prefer light meals or flexible routines. Free WiFi keeps you connected for trip planning, and the front desk operates on limited hours, so it’s wise to confirm any late-arrival needs in advance. Parking is available but limited, and self parking comes with a surcharge; there is covered parking as well, which can be helpful when weather shifts. Accessibility is listed as wheelchair accessible, but the hotel notes no accessible shuttle, so mobility planning may require your own transport.

Guest feedback is scarce, with a 4/10 score from a single review, so expectations should be modest and based on your priorities rather than on a large track record. For couples, solo explorers, and small groups who want a straightforward stay near the springs and nearby nature, Hotel Magnolia can make sense—especially if you’re comfortable managing parking and timing around the limited front-desk hours.
