Faidon's Luxury House with jacuzzi by AegianKazarte, Kapótidhes

Faidon’s Luxury House with jacuzzi by AegianKazarte is a private, non-smoking stay in Kapótidhes, Greece, set on Agias Barbaras for travelers who want quiet time without giving up access to Aegina’s sights. The standout is the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which guests tend to mention as the easiest way to unwind after a beach or temple day. Reviews also point to the calm, garden-like atmosphere created by the Japanese garden, giving the property a more restful feel than a typical apartment block. For practical needs, the house includes free wired internet and air conditioning, so remote work or late-night browsing is straightforward. Families and couples alike appreciate having space to settle in, and the setup suits small groups who prefer a home base rather than shared facilities.

In the wider area, Agios Vasilios Beach is about 6 km away for swimming and sunset walks, while the Temple of Aphaia is roughly 7 km from the property for history and elevated views. Aegina’s town and port are around 12–13 km out, where you can switch from slow countryside pacing to waterfront dining and evening strolls. Some guests describe arriving, switching off, and spending the first night simply relaxing in the jacuzzi, then using the following days to explore nearby landmarks at a comfortable pace. If you’re looking for a peaceful base with a strong focus on downtime, this is the kind of place that earns its 9.4/10 guest rating.
