Aeri Villa Karpathos, Karpathos Town

Aeri Villa Karpathos is a 1-bedroom holiday home in Karpathos Town, Greece, set in the Lakki area where the pace is calmer and the sea is never far away. The villa’s address on Lakki makes it easy to plan beach days around Kastellia Beach (about 0.8 km) and Crystal Calma Beach (about 1.5 km), while still reaching Pigadia’s harbour and town centre in roughly 10 minutes by car. It’s a good fit for couples and solo travellers who want privacy, plus families who prefer a self-contained base rather than shared hotel corridors.

Guests highlight the quiet feel of the property and the practical comfort inside, including air conditioning for warm afternoons and free wired internet for staying connected when you want a break from the outdoors. The terrace is a natural focal point for morning coffee or relaxed evenings, and the non-smoking environment helps keep the stay feeling fresh. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can matter on an island where convenient vehicle access makes day trips simpler.

With a guest rating of 9.5/10 from two reviews, the standout theme is satisfaction with the overall setup and the ease of settling in. Recent visitors describe the location as especially workable for beach hopping, and they tend to appreciate having a calm outdoor space to return to after exploring. If you’re choosing Aeri Villa Karpathos, it’s best for travellers who prioritize a low-key base near the coastline over being in the middle of town.
