Gouves Living, Kato Gouves

Gouves Living is a calm base in Kato Gouves, Greece, suited to travelers who want both beach time and the ability to reset at the end of the day. Located on Προφ. Ηλία, the property is a short drive from Marina Beach (about 2 km) and Gournon Beach (about 3 km), so you can keep mornings flexible and still reach the water quickly. If you’re traveling with kids or visiting for marine life, Cretaquarium is roughly 3 km away and makes a straightforward day plan.

The strongest draw, based on guest feedback, is the sense of comfort and quiet: soundproof rooms help reduce outside noise, and the hot tub/Jacuzzi is a popular way to unwind after sightseeing. Air conditioning is available for warmer days, and the terrace gives you a place to linger outdoors without needing to leave the property. Families will also appreciate the availability of family rooms, while BBQ facilities add an easy option for relaxed evenings when you don’t want to plan a restaurant.

Practical touches matter here, too. Express check-in/check-out can make arrivals and departures smoother, and luggage storage helps if your schedule doesn’t line up perfectly with check-in and check-out times. Guests also note the convenience of offsite parking with discounted rates.

With a 10/10 guest rating from three reviews, Gouves Living comes across as a well-regarded choice for couples seeking downtime, families wanting room to spread out, and solo travelers who prefer a quiet, beach-accessible neighborhood over a busy city center.
