Ioannina Urban Oasis with Jacuzzi, Katsikás

Ioannina Urban Oasis with Jacuzzi is a Katsikás, Greece apartment-style stay designed around downtime, with a private hot tub/Jacuzzi that turns evenings into a quiet ritual. Located on Εθνικής Αντίστασης 26, it suits guests who want to base themselves near Ioannina while still having space to unwind. Reviews commonly mention the calm feel of the place and the practical comfort of having a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast at your own pace. Free wired internet helps if you’re checking plans or working remotely, and air conditioning is a welcome detail for warmer days. The property also lists non-smoking rooms and non-smoking throughout, which is appreciated by travelers sensitive to odors.

For couples, the jacuzzi is the headline feature, especially after a day around Lake Pamvotis and the Old Town. Families tend to like the option of family rooms and the relaxed, at-home setup, while pets are allowed, which makes it easier for guests traveling with companions. Nearby, you can reach the Silversmithing Museum in about 6 km and the Byzantine Museum in roughly 7 km, both well worth building into a half-day itinerary. If you’re aiming for classic city sights, Ioannina Castle is around 8 km away, and the lakeside promenade is similarly close for evening strolls.

Guests also note that parking is handled with covered parking on-site, and there are discounted offsite parking rates available, which can simplify arrival and departure when you’re exploring by car.
