Seaside Family Villa, Kavala

Seaside Family Villa is a family-friendly stay in Kavala, Greece, set in the Paralia Kariani area where the shoreline is close enough for easy beach days. The villa’s address at Paralia Kariani places you within about 0.5 km of the coast, while Kavala’s main sights are roughly 12 km away by car. This is the kind of accommodation that suits groups who want space and a calmer seaside base rather than being in the middle of town.

Inside, the layout is built around family time, with a spacious living area and three bedrooms, so everyone can spread out without feeling on top of one another. Air conditioning helps keep evenings comfortable, and the terrace is a practical spot for sea-breeze downtime after a day out. The Japanese garden adds a distinctive, quiet corner to the overall atmosphere, giving the villa a more restful feel than a standard rental.

For practical needs, the villa includes free wired internet, and you can arrange self parking for an added surcharge, with offsite parking available at discounted rates. Non-smoking rooms keep the indoor environment fresher, and pets are allowed, which matters for travelers who don’t want to leave companions behind.

Guest feedback is limited but positive, with a 9/10 rating from one review, suggesting a stay that matched expectations for comfort and the overall setup for families. If you’re planning a trip that mixes beach time with visits to the Castle of Kavala (around 12 km) and the Kavala Archaeological Museum (around 12 km), Seaside Family Villa gives you the space to do both without rushing.
