Casa Costera 3 lux apt, Kiáton

Casa Costera 3 lux apt is a high-comfort apartment in Kiáton, Greece, set on Δαβάκη and designed for guests who want beach time without sacrificing everyday practicality. The standout is the terrace, which gives you a proper outdoor spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down after time at the coast. Inside, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable through warm days, while the apartment’s non-smoking environment suits travelers who prefer cleaner indoor air.

The location is a key part of the appeal: you’re close to Paralia Kiatou, and Bitter Cucumber Beach is about 2.2 km away for a change of scenery. If you’re the type to mix sea days with a cultural stop, the Observatory of Kryoneri is roughly 3 km from the apartment, and Penteskoufi Castle sits around 15 km out for a longer excursion.

Guests rate Casa Costera 3 lux apt 9.4/10 based on 18 reviews, with many visitors praising the overall comfort and the ease of settling in. Several reviewers highlight how the apartment feels well set up for real stays rather than just quick visits, and the free wired internet is appreciated for anyone who needs to check in on work or plans.

For families, the presence of beach toys and the option of a beach club nearby (for a surcharge) make it simpler to keep everyone happy. Couples also tend to like the balance of private indoor comfort and quick access to the shoreline, making it a practical base for both relaxed weekends and longer holidays.
