Ianthi Beach Villa by "elite", Kipseli

Ianthi Beach Villa by "elite" is a private-villa stay in Kipseli, Zakynthos (GR), set along Kypseli Road, where you can base yourself for beach days and day trips around the island. The villa’s setup suits travelers who want space and privacy rather than a hotel corridor, with soundproof rooms designed to help you rest even when the surrounding area is active. Air conditioning is a practical inclusion for warm evenings, and the terrace and BBQ facilities give you an easy way to eat outdoors without planning around restaurant hours.

Location matters here: Drosia Beach is about 1.5 km away, making it straightforward to head out for morning swims, while the Blue Caves are roughly 10 km from the property for a classic Zakynthos excursion. If you prefer a change of pace, the Zakynthos Town waterfront and the port area are about 10–11 km out, where you’ll find more dining options and transport connections for boat trips.

Guest feedback is mixed but informative, with an overall rating of 7.2/10 from 6 reviews. Several guests highlight the value of having a quieter-feeling villa base and the comfort of soundproofing, while others suggest the experience can be very dependent on expectations for location and day-to-day convenience. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and the villa uses private check-in/check-out, which can streamline arrival and departure.

Best for couples and small groups who want a more independent stay in Kipseli, plus families who appreciate the ability to manage meals at home and keep the day’s schedule flexible.
