Villa Chryssi, Kissamos

Villa Chryssi is a quiet, adults-and-couples-friendly stay in Kissamos, Greece, set in the Koukounara area where you can trade busy beach crowds for a more relaxed rhythm. The villa’s address is in Koukounara/Kissamos/Chania, and that locality matters: you’re close enough to reach Kissamos Town Center in about a short drive, yet far enough to feel removed when you want to unwind. Guests consistently praise the calm atmosphere and the overall care they receive, reflected in the exceptional 9.8/10 guest rating from 16 reviews. Many travelers mention that the outdoor space is a highlight, especially when the day cools down and you can linger on the terrace. Air conditioning helps you reset after sun and road time, while the swimming pool gives you an easy option for a slow afternoon without leaving the property. BBQ facilities are also well suited to groups who prefer simple, self-paced evenings. For day trips, Balos Lagoon is roughly 10 km away, and Elafonissi Beach is about 30 km, making this a practical base for some of Crete’s most photographed coastlines. If you’re planning a beach-and-view itinerary, Falassarna and the Gramvousa area are also within a reasonable drive. Villa Chryssi is best for couples and small groups who want privacy, a dependable home base, and quick access to west Crete’s beaches and scenery, rather than a property that’s built around nightlife or constant on-site activity.
