Villa panagiotis, Kissamos

Villa Panagiotis is a Kissamos, Greece stay designed for guests who want space, privacy, and easy access to the coast. Set on γεωργιλαδακη 3 in the Καστέλλι area, the villa suits travelers who prefer a home-like base rather than a hotel routine. It’s a strong fit for families and couples, especially those planning beach days and day trips across western Crete. Air conditioning helps you settle quickly after time in the sun, and the property is non-smoking throughout, which many guests appreciate for a fresher indoor feel.

The location is one of its biggest advantages: Telonio Beach is about 300 meters away and Mavros Molos Beach is roughly 800 meters, so you can return for breaks without long drives. Kissamos Archaeological Museum is around 7 km from the villa, giving you a cultural option when the weather turns or you want a change of pace. For larger sightseeing, Balos Lagoon is about 25 km and the Gramvousa area is around 28 km, both popular for dramatic scenery and memorable boat-and-walk itineraries.

Guest feedback is limited but encouraging, with a 9/10 rating based on four reviews. Reviewers commonly highlight the calm, residential feel of the area and the practicality of having parking options, including offsite parking with discounted rates available and covered parking. Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to midnight, while check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your arrival and departures accordingly.
