Arangia Maisonette (Neratzia), Kos Town

Arangia Maisonette (Neratzia) is a practical, comfortable base in Kos Town, Greece, set on Προέκταση Μητροπολίτου & Αγαθαγγέλου, close enough to step into the town’s daily rhythm without losing the calm you want after sightseeing. With a guest rating of 9.5/10 from 10 reviews, recent visitors repeatedly highlight the quiet feel of the soundproof rooms and the ease of settling in thanks to express check-in/check-out. Air conditioning is a real plus in warmer months, and the terrace gives you a simple place to slow down with a drink or a late-night conversation.

This is a good fit for families and couples who prefer space and routine—especially since the accommodation is set up for longer stays with a kitchen in the maisonette layout, making breakfast and light meals easier than relying entirely on restaurants. The lift helps if you’re traveling with luggage, and luggage storage is useful if your plans start before check-in.

Location matters here: the Tree of Hippocrates and Kos Port are both about 1 km away, so you can walk to major landmarks and the waterfront without needing taxis for every outing. If you’re planning a day around Kos Castle (Neratzia) and the town center, you’ll find the area compact and easy to navigate on foot. Reviewers also mention the non-smoking environment and the overall attention to comfort, suggesting it’s an especially sensible choice when you want a quiet night’s sleep while staying in the heart of Kos Town.
