Spacious & Luxe 3BR Downtown is a three-bedroom base in Kos Town, Greece, set at 3 Επιχάρμου and designed for travelers who want space without giving up the town’s pace. Inside, air conditioning helps you stay comfortable between beach time and sightseeing, and the apartment’s express check-in/check-out keeps arrivals and departures from feeling drawn out. Guests also note the care taken between stays, including guest rooms disinfected between visits and cleaning standards effective against Coronavirus, plus sanitized tableware and silverware.

With a guest rating of 9.7/10 from 24 reviews, the feedback pattern points to reliability: people tend to mention the apartment’s generous layout for groups and the ease of using it as a home base. For context, you can reach the Castle of the Knights in roughly 1 km and the Ancient Agora of Kos in about 1.5 km, making it straightforward to plan a historic afternoon and still return for downtime. The terrace is particularly useful when the group wants to decompress after a day out, while non-smoking throughout suits travelers who prefer a fresher indoor environment.

This is best for families, friend groups, and anyone who wants a walkable downtown base in Kos Town with a beach close by and the comfort of a full apartment setup.
