Louloudi Hills Villa 2, Koskinou

Louloudi Hills Villa 2 is a private-villa stay in Koskinou, Greece, set along Eparchiaki Odos Koskinou for travelers who prefer space and independence over hotel routines. This is a strong fit for families and small groups who want room to spread out, plus the ease of staying in one place between beach outings and day trips. Guests consistently rate the villa highly, with a 9.7/10 score from recent visitors who highlight the calm atmosphere and the practical, lived-in comfort of the layout.

The outdoor setup is a big part of the appeal: you can cool off in the swimming pool and linger on the terrace when the day slows down. For meals, the villa approach makes sense for longer stays, and the BBQ facilities are there for simple al fresco dinners when you want something more relaxed than going out every night. Air conditioning helps keep indoor time comfortable during warmer hours, and the property also lists non-smoking rooms, which many guests appreciate for a cleaner-feeling stay.

Location-wise, you’re close to a couple of the area’s most recognizable stops. Kallithea Springs is about 2 km away, making it easy to plan a morning visit. Faliraki Beach is roughly 3 km from the villa, so you can reach the coastline quickly. If you’re looking for a bit more variety, Anthony Quinn Bay is around 6 km, and the Water Park in Faliraki is about 7 km for an active day.

Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your arrival around evening light if you want to settle in before dinner.
