Great View Villa Koundouros - Pool out of use, Koundouros

Great View Villa Koundouros is a practical, sea-and-mountain setting stay in Koundouros, Greece, suited to travelers who want space and a calmer pace than a hotel strip. The villa is located on Eparchiaki Odos Limaniou Korissias-Ormou Kampiou, putting you within easy reach of Koundouros Beach for morning swims and late-afternoon walks. Reviewers who rated the property 8.2/10 across 11 reviews commonly mention the peaceful atmosphere and the usefulness of having WiFi and air conditioning for downtime between outings. The terrace and garden are frequently described as the right places to linger, especially when you want a quiet meal outdoors rather than heading out every time.

For nearby sightseeing, the Kea Archaeological Museum is about 5 km away, giving you a cultural anchor if you’re balancing beach days with history. Gialiskari Beach is roughly 2 km from the villa, ideal for switching scenery without a long drive. Because the pool is out of use, the focus here is on the outdoors and the coastline rather than poolside lounging.

This villa setup is best for families and small groups who value non-smoking comfort, free parking, and the option to travel with pets. It also suits couples who prefer privacy and a home-like rhythm—wake up, step out to the beach, then return to the terrace when the day cools. If you’re sensitive to schedules, note that check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your final morning accordingly.
