Koukounaries Apartments Limni is a quiet apartment stay in Limne, Greece, set on Kochili Street and geared toward travelers who want calm, practical comfort close to the coast. Guests consistently rate the property 9.6/10 based on 62 reviews, and that high score shows up in the details: people mention the peaceful feel of the soundproof rooms and the ease of settling in. The apartments are air-conditioned for warm days and include heating for cooler evenings, so temperature control is taken care of regardless of season. A terrace and garden give you outdoor space for slow mornings or a wind-down moment after time on the water.

The location matters here. Limni Beach is about 1 km away, so you can keep beach days spontaneous rather than planned. If you want a change of pace, the Church of Agios Ioannis Galatakis is around 7 km from the apartments, offering a simple cultural stop beyond the waterfront. Reviewers also point to the practical side of the stay: free WiFi helps with planning, and express check-in/check-out reduces the friction of arrival and departure.

Laundry and an ironing service are useful for longer trips or for families managing beachwear and everyday clothes. Overall, Koukounaries Apartments Limni is best for couples and small families who prefer a low-key base with strong comfort, good review feedback, and easy access to Limni’s natural surroundings rather than a busy hotel scene.
