Koutouki Apartments, Lygia

Koutouki Apartments is a small apartment stay in Lygia, Greece, set on Επαρχιακή Οδός Λευκάδας - Βασιλικής, making it a practical base for beach days and slower-paced village evenings. With a guest rating of 7/10 from two reviews, expectations should be realistic, but the fundamentals—cleanliness and comfort—are clearly part of the appeal. The property also emphasizes hygiene between stays: rooms are disinfected, cleaned and then sealed after cleaning, and guests can opt out of cleaning services during their stay.

Agiou Georgiou Square is roughly 2 km from the apartments, a useful reference point if you’re planning local errands or casual evenings. For a broader day out, Lefkada Town’s waterfront and marina area are around 6 km away, where you’ll find more dining and a livelier atmosphere.

Koutouki Apartments is best for couples and families who prioritize a quiet, self-catering rhythm, value cleanliness processes, and prefer having outdoor space such as a terrace.
