Spacious house directly on the olive grove, Maronía

Spacious house directly on the olive grove is a calm, rural base in Maronía, Greece, where the landscape is part of the daily routine rather than a backdrop. The property sits in the maronia sitia area, and the setting makes it easy to step out into the olive countryside and then return to a private terrace for quiet time. Inside, the home is designed for everyday living with a non-smoking environment, family-friendly layout, and a private check-in/check-out flow that helps you settle in without fuss.

With only one guest review recorded, the standout signal is a perfect 10/10 rating, which suggests visitors are leaving with a strong sense of comfort and fit. The outdoor focus is clear: there’s outdoor furniture for lingering in the open air, plus kids’ outdoor play equipment and baby safety gates that can reduce the stress of traveling with little ones. If you’re traveling with a pet, pets are allowed, and that flexibility can be a deciding factor for many households.

For days out, Maronía Beach is about 1 km away, giving you an easy option for a swim or a relaxed walk. If you want culture, Sitia Archaeological Museum is roughly 22 km from the house, a practical drive for an afternoon of local history.
