Sandoa Residence, Minia Overview
Sandoa Residence is located in Minia, Greece. Rated 9.7 out of 10 based on 7 guest reviews.
Sandoa Residence is a quiet base in Minia, Kefalonia (Μηνια, Κεφαλονια, Greece), suited to travelers who want space and a slower rhythm between beach time and sightseeing. The apartments are set up for comfortable self-catering, and the air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the island heat builds. Families often choose this kind of stay because it feels more like a residence than a hotel, with soundproof rooms that make it easier to rest after a busy day. Reviewers highlight the calm atmosphere and the practical touches that support day-to-day living, including a terrace for downtime and outdoor furniture for evenings in the open air. On-site BBQ facilities also give you a straightforward way to enjoy a relaxed meal without planning an outing every night.
The area is best explored by car, but you can still reach the coast for swims and long shoreline walks, with Megali Ammos Beach about 3 km away and Spasmata Beach roughly 4 km from the residence. If you’re planning a signature Kefalonia day, Melissani Cave is around 32 km, while Assos Village sits about 37 km away for a scenic village visit. Guests also mention that staff follow local safety protocols, and that non-smoking policies throughout the property help keep the environment fresh.
Sandoa Residence is best for families and small groups who value privacy, quiet sleeping conditions, and the flexibility of a home-style setup while exploring Kefalonia’s beaches and landmarks.
