The Ionian Sea & Sunset View Villa, Minia

The Ionian Sea & Sunset View Villa in Minia, Greece, is a three-bedroom villa-style stay in the Minies area designed around sea views and slow, outdoor living. The property is located in Minies, so you’re close enough to reach the Minies coastline and Spasmata Beach on foot, while still having the privacy that makes a villa feel like your own base. The accommodation is air conditioned, with non-smoking interiors and private check-in/check-out to keep arrivals and departures simple. Outside, the terrace and BBQ facilities make evenings practical, whether you’re grilling after a day by the water or just settling in to watch the sunset.

This is best for couples and small groups who want space, quiet, and a nature-led itinerary rather than a city break. One recent guest rated the stay 10/10 and highlighted the view and the relaxed pace, which fits the villa’s focus on outdoor comfort. If you’re planning day trips, Melissani Cave is about 30 km away, giving you a clear target for a memorable half-day excursion. For a change of scene, Argostoli is roughly 6 km from the villa, where you can find more dining and an easygoing waterfront atmosphere.

Practical touches help too: concierge service can support planning, grocery deliveries reduce the need for repeated trips, and car hire plus discounted offsite parking rates make it easier to explore Kefalonia at your own speed.
