Ioanna's sweet & cozy apartment with sea view, Monemvasia

Ioanna's sweet & cozy apartment with sea view is a small, apartment-style stay in Monemvasia, Greece, suited to travelers who want comfort without the formality of a hotel. Located on Καστέλλα 1, it’s a practical base for exploring the historic peninsula and the waterline, with Monemvasia Castle about 1 km away and Monemvasia Beach roughly 1.5–2 km from the apartment. The terrace and outdoor furniture are the kinds of details guests tend to mention when they talk about unwinding after a day of walking through the Old Town lanes.

The apartment is kept non-smoking throughout, and air conditioning helps you manage warmer afternoons. For peace of mind, the property notes cleaning standards designed to be effective against Coronavirus, with guest rooms disinfected between stays and staff following local safety protocols. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can make a difference if you’re arriving by car.

With a guest rating of 9/10 from three reviews, the overall impression is positive and consistent: visitors describe the space as sweet, cozy, and easy to live in for a short stay. Several guests typically gravitate toward the sea-view setting and the calm, residential feel, while couples and small families appreciate having a home-like base rather than just a place to sleep.

Best for couples and families who plan to spend their days sightseeing around the castle and coastal areas, and who want a comfortable, non-smoking apartment with a terrace to return to at the end of the evening.
