Villa Kapodistria, Moúlete

Villa Kapodistria is a spacious 6-bedroom villa in Moúlete, Greece, set along Επαρχιακή Οδός Πολεμαρχίου-Βουκουλιών (Καλλιθέα), which makes it a practical base for exploring both the coast and nearby Chania. The area is especially appealing if you want beach time close at hand, with Kallithea Beach about 1 km away, while the Botanical Park of Crete is roughly 13 km for a calmer, greenery-filled day. For culture and evening strolls, Chania Old Town and the Venetian Port are around 18–19 km from the property.

This is the kind of stay that suits families and groups who value privacy and outdoor living. Guests can spread out across the villa and spend time on the terrace, with BBQ facilities that encourage relaxed meals outdoors. Air conditioning helps keep indoor spaces comfortable, and express check-in/check-out is designed to reduce friction when you’re coming and going.

Reviewers rate Villa Kapodistria highly, with a 9.6/10 score based on five reviews, and the comments point to a smooth, attentive experience and a calm atmosphere that works well for shared trips. One recurring theme is that the villa feels well set up for group stays rather than a “just sleep here” option, and the outdoor areas are where people naturally gather. If you’re planning a trip that blends beach relaxation with day trips to major sights, this villa’s location and on-site comforts make it a strong match.
