Ioannis Villa, Nea Fokea

Ioannis Villa is a small, family-friendly stay in Nea Fokea, Greece, set in a quiet pocket near the coast where you can hear the sea more than the road. The address is listed as 63077, so it’s easy to match your arrival to the Nea Fokea area rather than a city centre address. Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to midnight, with check-out at 11:00 AM, which works well for beach days and late dinners.

What stands out in guest feedback is the calm atmosphere and the attention to comfort: the villa’s soundproof rooms help keep nights restful, and air conditioning makes summer temperatures manageable. Families also mention the practicality of family rooms, while couples tend to value the terrace and the overall sense of privacy. The outdoor furniture is a small but meaningful detail for mornings with coffee or evenings when you want to stay in rather than drive.

In terms of location, Nea Fokea Beach is about 1 km away, so you can walk or cycle for early swims. Saint Paul’s Church is roughly 0.6 km from the villa, which makes it an easy stop for a short outing. For a change of scenery, Vothonas Beach is around 2.7 km away, giving you a second beach option without needing a full day plan.

With a 10/10 guest rating from four reviews, Ioannis Villa reads as a place where people feel looked after and comfortable in day-to-day routines. It’s best for couples and families seeking a peaceful coastal base with practical room comfort, rather than a nightlife-heavy neighbourhood.
