LUZ DEL SOL Villas, Nea Moudania

LUZ DEL SOL Villas in Nea Moudania, Greece, is a calm, beach-minded base for travellers who want privacy without giving up easy access to the coast. The villas sit on παραλια Πορταριας, where the atmosphere feels more relaxed than the busier strips while still keeping you within a short drive of Nea Moudania Beach, about 1.5 km away. Guests consistently highlight the quiet feel, and the property’s soundproof rooms are a clear reason why: people mention sleeping well even when the surrounding area is active.

The outdoor space is a big part of the appeal. A terrace gives you a place to slow down after day trips, and BBQ facilities make it straightforward to turn an evening in into something more than takeout. Families also tend to appreciate the layout options, including family rooms, while pets are allowed, which can matter for travellers who don’t want to leave companions behind. Express check-in/check-out and luggage storage help when arrival and departure times don’t line up neatly with plans.

For sightseeing, you’re well placed for Kassandra Peninsula day drives (around 20 km) and the historical pull of Ancient Olynthos (about 20 km), both frequently mentioned as worthwhile add-ons. Reviewers with practical expectations often describe the stay as comfortable and well-managed, with helpful on-site handling and a straightforward rhythm to the visit. With an overall guest rating of 8.7/10 from 21 reviews, LUZ DEL SOL Villas is best for couples and families seeking a quiet, self-directed stay near the shoreline, plus travellers who want the option to cook and unwind outdoors.
