Villa Baycasa, Nea Skioni

Villa Baycasa is a family-run-feeling stay in Nea Skioni, Greece, set along Επαρχιακή Οδός Παλιούριου-Άφυτου, a practical address for reaching the beaches and village amenities. The villa’s standout appeal is how it supports a slower pace: you can step out for Nea Skioni Beach about 1 km away, then return for downtime on the terrace. Air conditioning helps with warm afternoons, while the outdoor BBQ facilities make it easy to plan relaxed meals without needing to go out every night. Private check-in/check-out and express service are useful if you’re arriving with children or simply want a smoother schedule.

Guests have rated Villa Baycasa 9.9/10 across 7 reviews, and the feedback consistently points to comfort and a well-managed stay. Families in particular tend to mention the practicality of the setup for group living and the calm, residential feel compared with busier strips. The non-smoking environment also supports a more comfortable indoor atmosphere.

If you’re looking to balance beach time with nearby sightseeing, you’re well placed for Kaloutsikos Beach roughly 1.5–2 km away, and for day trips toward Chaniotis Beach around 9 km and Afitos Village about 12 km. It’s a strong fit for families and small groups who want privacy, outdoor space, and straightforward access to the coast, rather than a hotel-style scene.
