Garden House with Pool, 10min to center, Nerokoúros

Garden House with Pool, located in Nerokourou in the Nerokoúros area of Greece, is a practical choice for travelers who want a calm base while still reaching the city center in about 10 minutes. The property’s standout is the private pool and the outdoor terrace, which make it easy to plan unhurried meals at home using the BBQ facilities when the weather suits you. Inside, air conditioning helps keep temperatures comfortable after a day out, and the villa setup suits groups that prefer a bit more space than a standard hotel room.

Recent guests have rated the stay 9.7/10 based on a small number of reviews, with comments commonly pointing to cleanliness and overall comfort. That combination matters here: a private, self-contained feel reduces the friction of shared spaces, while express check-in/check-out and luggage storage help keep arrival and departure smooth.

If you’re traveling for work, the MAICh Conference Centre is around 4 km away, so you can fit meetings into a straightforward schedule without long commutes. For leisure, the surrounding area gives you options beyond the villa, including nearby beaches reachable by car and countryside roads that work well for short drives and sunset stops.

This is best for families and small groups who want independence, outdoor time, and a reliable comfort level, whether you’re in town for events or simply using Nerokoúros as a starting point for the coast. Non-smoking policies throughout and non-smoking rooms also make it a calmer environment for guests who prefer that.
