Ferienhaus Balkoni, Niáou Overview
Ferienhaus Balkoni is located in Niáou, Greece. Rated 10.0 out of 10 based on 1 guest reviews.
Ferienhaus Balkoni is a family-friendly stay in Niáou, Greece, set in the Karouto area where the pace feels quieter than the town centre. The property’s terrace and outdoor furniture make it easy to linger outside after a day by the water, and the non-smoking environment suits travellers who prefer a cleaner indoor atmosphere. Practical touches matter here: free wired internet helps if you need to check messages, while offsite parking is available with discounted rates, plus self parking is offered for a surcharge. Pets are allowed, which is a real plus for guests travelling with dogs or cats who don’t want to leave them behind.
Based on the single guest review, the overall impression is strongly positive, with a 10/10 rating that points to a comfortable, straightforward experience rather than something overly formal. The location also supports easy day planning. Niáou Train Station is about 1 km away for arrivals by public transport, and Niáou Beach is roughly 1.5–2 km from the accommodation for sun and sea. For a change of scenery, the Cave of the Seven Sleepers is around 3 km away and adds a cultural stop that’s close enough for a half-day outing.
