M5 room, Nikiana

M5 room in Nikiana, Greece, sits at Paralia Nikianas in the coastal stretch of Nikiana, where beach days and road trips to nearby Lefkada Town fit naturally into the schedule. The check-in window runs from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM, so plan arrivals accordingly, and note that check-out is at 10:00 AM. Reviews are limited and the overall guest rating is 4.5/10 based on two reviews, so it’s best to treat this as a smaller, low-review option and confirm details before committing. That said, the stay is built around practical comfort: air conditioning helps with warm evenings, non-smoking rooms keep the indoor environment fresh, and guest rooms are disinfected between stays. For downtime, there’s an outdoor swimming pool and outdoor furniture for relaxed moments between outings. If you like cooking your own meals, BBQ facilities add flexibility for simple, self-directed evenings. Free wired internet is available, which can be useful if you need to check routes or coordinate day trips. Parking is free, and offsite parking with discounted rates is also mentioned, which suits travelers arriving by car. Families are welcome, and the setting works well for road-trip friendly guests who want easy access to the island’s beaches and viewpoints. From Nikiana, you can reach Kathisma Beach in roughly 9 km and Agios Ioannis Beach in about 15 km, while Lefkada Town is around 12 km away for more dining and evening atmosphere. Overall, M5 room is best for budget-minded couples or families who prioritize a quiet coastal base, a pool, and straightforward logistics over a high-review, high-demand property.
