Evion Residence A10, Nikiti

Evion Residence A10 is a small, apartment-style stay in Nikiti, Greece, at Evion Residence A10, a practical base for people who want to be close to the coast without committing to a busy hotel scene. The property is set up for comfort and straightforward arrivals, with contactless check-in/check-out and key access, plus air conditioning for warmer days. Rooms are non-smoking throughout, and you’ll have free wired internet if you need to stay connected. A terrace adds a useful outdoor spot for quiet time, while family rooms make it easier for groups traveling with children. For recreation, guests can also access a nearby outdoor pool, which helps when you want a break from the beach.

Based on the limited guest feedback available (one review with a very low overall rating), you should approach with caution and consider confirming details directly with the host before planning your stay. That said, the location around Nikiti is the main draw: Nikiti Beach is about 1 km away, so morning swims and sunset walks are realistic. If you’re driving, Toroni Castle is roughly 20 km from the residence, and the wider Sithonia Peninsula is around 5 km out for beaches and scenic stops.

Best for couples, small families, or solo travelers who prioritize location and basic in-room comfort, and who are comfortable double-checking expectations given the sparse review history.
