V&GIO COZY APARTMENTS, Nopíyia

V&GIO COZY APARTMENTS in Nopíyia, Greece, is a practical base for beach days and day trips across western Crete. If you’re looking for a stay that feels low-key rather than hotel-like, this is the sort of place guests describe as comfortable and straightforward, with the basics handled well. The apartments are set on Kíssamos Chaniών street, placing you within about 1 km of Drapanias Beach, so early walks and late swims don’t require complicated planning.

Inside, air conditioning helps take the edge off warm afternoons, and free wired internet is there for simple connectivity when you need it. Non-smoking throughout keeps the atmosphere fresh, and parking is managed with covered options plus self parking available for a surcharge; there are also discounted rates for offsite parking, which travellers often appreciate when they’re driving around the region.

Guests commonly mention that the layout suits small groups and couples who want a bit more independence than a standard room, especially when they’re planning to spend most of the day outdoors. For nearby sightseeing, Agios Dimitrios Church is roughly 9 km away, while Ancient Falassarna is about 12 km from the property, giving you two different kinds of cultural stops—religious heritage and a major archaeological site. If you’re extending your itinerary, Kissamos Harbour and the Kissamos Archaeological Museum are both around the 18–19 km mark, convenient for an evening out.

Best for couples, families, and solo travellers who want a calm, beach-oriented location with dependable comfort and sensible parking.
