Joy's little house, Otzias

Joy's little house is a small, recently renovated holiday home in Otzias, on the Kea–Kithnos area of Greece, with the sea close enough to shape your days. The property sits at Kea - Kithnos, Otzias, and guests typically mention the practicality of having Otzias Beach just about 100 meters away for early swims and late strolls. Inside, air conditioning helps with warm afternoons, while the non-smoking environment and thorough cleaning between stays are part of what reviewers point to when they describe feeling comfortable on arrival.

The terrace is a standout for day-to-night lounging, especially when you want a quiet place to read or plan the next walk without leaving the property. A private entrance also adds a sense of independence, which tends to suit couples who want privacy as well as families who prefer a straightforward routine. Pets are allowed, so travelers traveling with animals say the stay feels more workable than many stricter rentals in the area.

Reviewers rate the experience highly (9/10 from 6 reviews), and the comments generally align around cleanliness, the calm feel of the home, and the attention to local safety protocols. For sightseeing, the Kea Lighthouse is roughly 4 km away, and the Otzias village center is about 2 km for everyday essentials and a change of pace from the beach. If you’re looking for a low-key base in a coastal setting—where you can step out for sea air and return to a comfortable, disinfected home—this is a strong fit for couples and small families.
