Ferienhaus mit Privatpool für 7 Personen ca 200 qm in Damatria, Dodekanes Rhodos is a spacious holiday home in Paradisi, Greece, suited to groups who want privacy without giving up easy access to the island’s sights. The address at Amazing Villa near Airport Damatria (851 06) places you close to the Damatria area, so beach time and day trips are straightforward. With room for up to seven guests across a generous footprint of about 200 square metres, it works well for families who prefer to spread out rather than stay in a hotel corridor. Guests can settle into outdoor living on the terrace, then cool off in the private pool when the sun is strongest. Practical touches matter on holiday, and reviewers often highlight the comfort of non-smoking accommodation alongside reliable free wired internet for checking plans or staying in touch.

In the surrounding area, Damatria Beach is roughly 1.5–2 km away for a quick swim or a relaxed walk, while the Temple of Apollon is about 12 km by car for a dose of ancient history. Rhodes Town, around 13 km from the home, is where you’ll find the island’s best-known streets, harbour atmosphere, and evening dining. For quieter nature time, Rodini Park is typically around 20 km away, offering shaded paths and a change of pace.

Based on guest feedback, the strongest draw is the combination of a private pool, a terrace for downtime, and the ability to park on-site with covered parking options. If you’re travelling with children and want a calm base in Paradisi rather than a busy city stay, this is a sensible match.
