Villa Anastazia, Paralia Dionysiou

Villa Anastazia in Paralia Dionysiou, Greece, is a spacious four-bedroom villa suited to travelers who want privacy without giving up easy access to the coast. The property’s Japanese garden and terrace set a calmer pace than many beachfront stays, and the air conditioning helps you reset after sun and sea. Inside, free wired internet keeps everyone connected, while the villa’s family rooms and BBQ facilities make it practical for longer stays and group meals. Guests also note the comfort of the non-smoking environment and appreciate the on-site self parking arrangement, with discounted offsite parking rates available.

The villa sits in the Paralia Dionysiou area, and you can plan your days around short trips to the water and nearby attractions rather than long drives. For context, Dionysiou Beach is about 1 km away, so mornings can start with a quick walk, while the Petralona Cave and the Anthropological Museum (around 12 km and 7 km respectively) work well as a half-day excursion. If you want a broader coastal outing, Nea Moudania’s promenade is roughly 14 km from the villa.

Reviewers have rated Villa Anastazia 9.8/10 based on six reviews, with guests highlighting the peaceful setting, the well-kept outdoor spaces, and the way the layout supports families and small groups. One common theme is that it feels livable rather than purely scenic: the terrace supports relaxed evenings, and the BBQ facilities give you an easy option when you don’t want to plan every meal out. Best for families and groups who value space, quiet surroundings, and a simple base for beach time and nearby culture.
