Maria's Apartment, Paralia Katerinis

Maria's Apartment in Paralia Katerinis, Greece, is a straightforward base for travelers who want a comfortable stay with the flexibility of apartment living. Located at Βασιλέως Παυλου 1, it suits guests who value simple routines—air conditioning for warm days, non-smoking rooms for a fresher indoor environment, and a terrace where you can slow down after time on the coast. The property also accommodates families with family rooms, and pets are allowed, which can matter for visitors traveling with companions. Check-in and check-out are handled with express service, helping you get settled quickly.

The surrounding area is geared toward beach time and day trips. Paralia Kolimvisis Beach is about 2 km away, and the Dion Archaeological Site is roughly 15 km from the apartment for anyone interested in ancient history. Mount Olympus is around 30 km distant, making it practical for planning hikes or scenic drives.

Guest feedback is mixed: the overall rating is 5.3/10 based on three reviews, so it’s best to treat this as a “check carefully” option rather than a universally loved stay. In practice, reviewers have highlighted the basics and the convenience of the apartment setup, but the small number of reviews means you should look closely at your own priorities before booking.

If you’re visiting as a couple, a family, or a solo traveler who plans to spend most of the day outdoors, Maria's Apartment can work well—especially if you want a terrace, air conditioning, and a pet-friendly policy in Paralia Katerinis.
