Θέα - View Appartments, Paralía Kímis

Θέα - View Appartments is a small, 2-star property in Paralía Kímis, Greece, set in the Paralia Kimis area where the pace is easy and the sea is close. The address is Paralia Kimis, and that location matters: Kymi Beach is about 500 meters away and Kymi Port is roughly 400 meters, so you can fit beach time and harbor strolls into a short itinerary. The apartments are designed for practical stays, with air conditioning for warmer days, non-smoking rooms, and family rooms that suit groups traveling together.

Guests who left a 9.1/10 rating (from 21 reviews) consistently point to cleanliness and the care taken between stays, including guest rooms disinfected between visits and cleaning standards intended to be effective against Coronavirus. Staff also follow local safety protocols, which many travelers mention as reassuring. Reviews also suggest the terrace is a simple but welcome touch for downtime after exploring the coastline.

If you’re road-tripping, the free parking is a real advantage, and the hotel also notes offsite parking with discounted rates available. It’s a straightforward base for travelers who want to spend their time outdoors rather than in a complex resort. Best for families, budget-minded couples, and anyone planning a coastal-focused break around Kymi Beach and the port area, where short walks and quick drives help you see more without rushing.
