Agnanti Beach House, Patmos

Agnanti Beach House in Patmos, Greece, is a beachfront villa designed for guests who want the sea as their backdrop and a calm pace to their days. The property is set in the Πάτμος area, and the street setting is ideal if you prefer stepping out to the coast rather than commuting to it. A single guest review giving it a perfect 10/10 highlights the kind of stay that feels personal and unhurried, with visitors focusing on the atmosphere and ease of the setup.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which makes longer stays practical for families and for couples who like to cook occasionally. Air conditioning helps you manage warm afternoons, while free wired internet supports work or planning without relying on mobile data. The terrace is where most days naturally slow down—good for breakfast outside and for winding down after time on the beach.

Location matters here. Groikos Beach is about 2 km away for a quieter stretch of shoreline, while the Monastery of Agios Ioannis Theologos is roughly 3 km from the villa for one of Patmos’s most important landmarks. If you’re continuing into the island’s historic core, Patmos Chora sits around 5 km away, and the Cave of the Apocalypse area is about 6 km from the property.

Best for couples and families who want a beach-first base, a self-catering option, and straightforward comfort, without needing a busy town stay.
